♥ good, bad and ugly.

Good...
yay for exercise

Bad...
boo for bad eating habits.
I've been eating a lot more than i should. I just really like food though. Food is really really good!

Ugly...
BAH HUMBUG! Sleeping patterns.
I've been stressed and overwhelmed recently. There is more work than I wish there was. There's less time than I can handle it all and still be okay. So sleeping patterns are atrocious.

I start my day around 7 o' clock. Time from then on varies day to day but im back home usually by quarantes heures en l'apres midi. I need more than nursing which is why i force things like French lessons and book readings into my day. Othewise I go insane. So now I have to have a siesta around 3 or 4 o' clock. It's not a choice. I have to. I'm so tired I knock out without knowing it.

Then I wake up in a hour or so and work till past midnight. sleep from 1-2 to 6.

I know i know. I should take out the nap and sleep at least from midnight but if i dont nap at 3 i drop dead around 6 and wake up at 9 and it comes off worse.

BLAH.

Must fix.

      It's really only grumpy because I told him I was giving him up.
      He's not happy with that plan but, like a beloved but insensitive ex, as good as he was in many things, in the end, he's kinda bad for me.

      I am Patricia. I am a self-confessed "chubby bunny". I've been called Bunny before... Don't really remember why anymore BUT for a Bunny I don't eat my veggies very often.

      Let's change that, shall we?

  • Exercises that fitted towards your skill levels and what you do or don't have. Personally, I got the Home Program because I don't have access to weights or machines.

  • When my butt DOES run, I use my G1 phone and track where I'm running, for how long, how far and how fast. LOVE it.
