♥ good, bad and ugly.
Good...
yay for exercise
Bad...
boo for bad eating habits.
I've been eating a lot more than i should. I just really like food though. Food is really really good!
Ugly...
BAH HUMBUG! Sleeping patterns.
I've been stressed and overwhelmed recently. There is more work than I wish there was. There's less time than I can handle it all and still be okay. So sleeping patterns are atrocious.
I start my day around 7 o' clock. Time from then on varies day to day but im back home usually by quarantes heures en l'apres midi. I need more than nursing which is why i force things like French lessons and book readings into my day. Othewise I go insane. So now I have to have a siesta around 3 or 4 o' clock. It's not a choice. I have to. I'm so tired I knock out without knowing it.
Then I wake up in a hour or so and work till past midnight. sleep from 1-2 to 6.
I know i know. I should take out the nap and sleep at least from midnight but if i dont nap at 3 i drop dead around 6 and wake up at 9 and it comes off worse.
BLAH.
Must fix.
